Our Chairman of the Board
David Abbott worked for Purina Mills for 26 years in various key roles, becoming chief operating officer of the company in 1990 and being named president and chief executive officer in 1995. He led Purina through 6 years of improved financial performance from 1993 - 1998. Mr. Abbott resigned from the company in 1998, after
|
successfully engineering the sale of Purina Mills to Koch Industries. Dave is a Past president of the American Feed Industry Association and a past Board
member of the National FFA Foundation.
Dave Abbott grew up on a dairy farm in Vermont and graduated from the University of Vermont.
