E-Markets Names Director of Business Development
Ames, Iowa, December 7, 2001 - Philip VanValkenburg has been named Director of Business Development - Inputs for E-Markets, Inc. Scott Cavey, E-Markets President and COO, made the announcement.
"Phil is a great addition to our team. He has extensive experience consulting with large businesses on the development and implementation of large-scale business process applications," says Cavey. "Phil will be responsible for customer solutions and strategic deployment of our applications with clients in the crop input sector of the agricultural industry."
Before joining E-Markets, VanValkenburg was the Client Solutions Director for Oracle Corporation in St. Louis, MO. Prior to that, he worked for Ernst & Young, LLP in St. Louis as the Senior Manager, Management Consulting. VanValkenburg also spent over 17 years at Monsanto Company working in a variety of sales and management positions.
